Time goes by so slowly for those who wait, and here I am waiting
But days seem to last forever in this endless summer
While nights are full of whitches and ghosts that wander,
Full of ticking clocks that wonder: "Will there be time?"
"There will be time, of course there will be time" they say,
And I'm still waiting for those times to come.
Indeed there will be time
There will be time for the light and time for the shadow
All those words I've said in the past
There will be time for me to swallow
Time for you and time for me
Time for the ochre to cover the land
Time for the blue to rain all over the sea
Time to destroy and to create
What has not yet been created and
What it's left to destroy.
Perhaps the time is now
Now that I am missing
The time to wonder, "Do I dare?" and, "Do I dare?"
Do I dare
Disturb the universe?
That's the ultimate question, that's the thing that's bothering me.
At the end of the day and night
I know there's gonna be (good times)
